Spinnin’ Hotel is a new concept that was put together with the involvement of Global Partnerships at Spinnin’ Records. After hosting the Spinnin’ Sessions Miami party for 3 years in a row, in March 2016 it was time for something new and bigger. During the internationally acclaimed Miami Music Conference, Dutch label Spinnin’ Records launched a takeover of Hotel Nautilus South Beach for 1 week, transforming the venue into the Spinnin’ Hotel.
From Wednesday to Sunday, five pool parties dominated the Miami South Beach strip. Hosted by respectively Spinnin’ Sessions, Maxximize Records, Heldeep Records, Doorn Records and Spinnin’ Deep, more than 60 DJ’s and 6.000 visitors came together at Spinnin’ Hotel and its main brand partner Sony.
Brand partners like Budweiser and Sony were also accommodated at the hotel with brand activations and involved in the promotion prior to the event, integrated in social media, teaser video’s, logo’s in artwork and special ticket give aways. This promotional trail was continued during the aftermath, with inclusion in the official aftermovie.
